Terms and Conditions


TOTAL OUTPUT MARKETING AGREEMENT

The following Terms and Conditions set forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersede all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.


SERVICE PERIOD

Vendor agrees to provide services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Services will be delivered within the timelines and scope specified, barring any unforeseen circumstances or delays communicated in advance.


PAYMENT

Payment is to be made in full at the time of contract acceptance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If a payment plan is provided, all installments must be completed on or before the specified deadlines. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the suspension or termination of services.


ACCESS AND COLLABORATION

The client agrees to provide all necessary access to materials, platforms, and information required for the completion of services. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required resources will not be the responsibility of Total Output Marketing.


REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK

Revisions and feedback are included as outlined in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges. Feedback must be provided within the specified timeframe to avoid project delays.


CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred on behalf of the client will not be returned.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the final deliverables. Total Output Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.


LIABILITY

Total Output Marketing will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The client assumes responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on our deliverables.


CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation will remain in effect after the conclusion of the engagement.


THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

If third-party services or tools are used as part of the project, the client agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions of those services. Total Output Marketing is not responsible for any changes or disruptions caused by third-party providers.


GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction.


MODIFICATIONS

Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
